My thoughts
Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No, it is a sentient space shuttle flying high in the sky! Never thought I'd see a Pokémon of the Steel-type being this capable of using the move Heavy Slam. Anything lighter than Crustle and Virizion will take the full brunt of that move, which means an easy 120 base power on 90% of all the Pokémon out there. Only a bunch of legendaries, some Mega Evolutions and few other Pokémon weigh enough to be save, many of which being not as desirable to face anyway, thus meaning that Celesteela makes the best of that move most of the time. Also it has an amazing defensive typing in Steel/Flying and unlike Skarmory it can be taught Earthquake for coverage. Since it is kinda tanky it can go with a Leech Seed and Protect combo, though paired with Leftovers this is its only means of sustain. Sure it can have Ingrain but that would add a weakness to Ground-types, that it doesn't need. I'd rather play a special set then with Flash Cannon and Giga Drain while it keeps healing passively and annoying the enemy. Basically it is the most well rounded in terms of stats and thus can do many different things.

Since some have already seen the seven deadly sins in the UBs I looked at it too and to me Celesteela represents pride. Of all the creatures from the Ultra Dimension it is the biggest and also the heaviest. Then there's the fact that it is the only one capable of flying past the atmosphere, giving it quite the high ground over all kinds of things. Not to mention that its design is likely based on Princess Kaguya from The Tale of the Bamboo Cutter and we all know that with royalty comes at least some level of pride.
