Neon Chimchar

This is a neon redraw of Ken Sugimoris artwork of Chimchar. These pokemon are nimble and climb steep rocks to live in the mountains. The fire on their back is feed from gases, that they produce in their stomach and even rain can't extinguish it. The flame only doesn't burn while they sleep, which prevents firebrands.
