Description
This is my neon version of Ken Sugimori's artwork for Hakamo-o.
Sun/Moon dex entries:
"It leaps at its prey with a courageous shout. Its scaly punches tear its opponents to shreds.
It sheds and regrows its scales on a continuous basis. The scales become harder and sharper each time they’re regrown."
Stats Abilities
HP 55 Bulletproof
Atk 75 Protects the Pokémon from some ball and bomb moves.

My thoughts
Yet another new combination that wasn't used before and it sounds epic. Things like dragon fist and all. Only problem would be the Fairy-types, but Hydreigon suffers the same way so that's nothing new. Gotta say it's really sweet to finally see a Dragon-type that actually utilizes a look of having scales. Certainly stands out with that, though the lack of good Fighting-type moves makes its secondary type more annoying than it is useful. Only one via leveling is Sky Uppercut while TMs give it access to Brick Break and Focus Blast and breeding allows it to have Reversal. Rather small selection there I must say. That shouldn't take away from its potential though, as there is one more evolution in this line to get.
