Description

This is a neon redraw of Ken Sugimoris artwork of Latios. This legendary pokemon is highly intelligent and understands the human language. It only opens it's heart towards the trainer and avoids conflicts, due to it's peaceful nature. When retracting it's arms and laying the wings back, it can fly at the speeds of a jet plane.
