Description

This is my neon version of Ken Sugimori's artwork for Lunala.

Sun/Moon dex entries:
"Said to live in another world, this Pokémon devours light, drawing the moonless dark veil of night over the brightness of day.
It is said to be a female evolution of Cosmog. When its third eye activates, away it flies to another world."

My thoughts
Why did you have to go and break my heart you lunatic spectral bat? I thought you were going to be a Fairy/Ghost-type given how the moon got connected to the Fairy-type since gen 6. Oh well, guess that would've made it too good or something. Though it would've worked perfectly in relation to its counterpart because Steel beats Fairy/Ghost but Ghost beats Psychic/Steel. It would've been a sweet duality. Guess they want Cresselia to have that honor of being the moon fairy whenever it would be due to receive a new form. At least Lunala is a bit more unique than its sun related buddy. Typing is shared only with Hoopa in its confined form and Shadow Shield is superior over Multiscale since it can't be bypassed as easily. Just be careful not to get spooked or scared by darkness. For a being of the night Lunala sure is easily scared or spooked. However that certainly doesn't take away from its amazing potential for some of the most beautiful Pokémon fusions out there.
