Neon Baltoy

This is a neon redraw of Ken Sugimoris artwork of Baltoy. These pokemon move around by rotating on their base and form groups with conspecifics. They were discovered in ancient ruins and there were drawings of them too. Sometimes one can be seen moving upside down and they balance the whole time, even when sleeping.
